| This book, already announced for a couple
of years, is the result of our practice in the kitchen. It consists mainly of
original recipes, created and developed in our own kitchen. We also include a
large number of standard cooking recipes finished off with our "tour de
mains". |

On purpose we
emphasise the preparation of protein rich dishes allowing for comfortable and
easy replacement of meat in your menus, without risks of insufficiency, nor
excess, yet resulting in a healthy, simple and tasteful nourishment. In order
to answer questions on nutritional equilibirum, some chaptres are dedicated to
the different groupes of nutrition. The selection of the 200 recipes is,
amongst other criteria, largely guided by the feedback from our faithful
customers and guests of the restaurant. On the other hand the cooking lessons
which we have given over the years have lead to precise and well readable
descriptions, thus making daily usage of the book much easier.

This ring-bound book of appr. 130 pages,
illustrated by numerous photographs, at a format of 200 by 210, is printed in
full colour offset on 120 grs paper. The price is 23 T.T.C.
